important information to help you get started. If you are having

Application Process
All applications are submitted online. You are emailed when your application is approved and in invoice is generated for you.
Your membership will be activated once you make a payment or contact our Member Manager to create a payment plan. If you have questions about paying the invoice or want to set up a payment plan please contact us at info@bgbg.org.
BGBG welcomes payments via the following:
- Pay
online via our Paypal system - just follow the steps once logged into your
account. To log into your account use your email address and password. If
you've forgotten your password simply reset it by clicking on the
"forgot password" link. (note: You do not have to have an
existing Paypal account to make payment online)
- Send
in a check or money order – Please print and return this invoice with your
payment.
- Work
with our Member Manager to set up a payment plan – You can find
information on our automatic payment option here. Please email us at info@bgbg.org to
discuss your unique situation.
All members
manage their own profiles online:
you can now upgrade, renew and manage
your membership online by logging on in the box on the top right of every page. Your profile is accessed with your unique email address. If you ever forget your password you can reset it by clicking on the "forgot password" link under the log in box. Please be sure to keep your
information current and change your contact information when
appropriate.
Individual Profiles
Your individual profile must contain your phone number and mailing address so that we can send you your membership cards or contact you about your account. This information is private data and will not be shared in our directory. By default even your basic information is not shared in the online directory, however you can change that setting in the privacy section of your profile.
Business Profiles
Your business profile is the profile of the administrator for the account. Each business gets to activate ONE person to be the "host" of the business profile in our online directory. This is usually the Administrator of the account who is also responsible for the financial aspects of your membership. If you would like to designate another person to be the online "face" of your business please let us know. The administrator of a business account may add employees to that account as "bundled members". This is done through your online profile administration page.

*update organization descriptions
*upload or change your logo
*upload photos into an album showcasing your work
Registering for BGBG Events
All BGBG event registration is managed online. To register for an event, log in to your account and complete the steps to register. IF you are having problems being recognized as a member please contact our Member Manager.
If you are interested in upgrading your membership, please
log into
your profile . You will see a button that says "Change
Membership Level." Note: full price of the new membership term will be
billed automatically. Simply contact us at
info@bgbg.org to create a prorated payment schedule.
